I ordered an iphone 6 (not plus) on October 5th and was told a ship date of October 24th. I have not received any information regarding my order I am very upset and would like some one at verizon to help. I have checked my order status on the verizon website and nothing is there. I am not sure whats going on but I wish I would get an email or some type of notification. Does anyone know whats going on or who I should contact?
