my daughter recently traveled to china and used her iphone 4s there. upon her return, all incoming calls show up as "Unknown" (even when they are from known contacts). i have tried doing *228 option 1 several times. i have also tried several other things on the apple forums (such as switching the phone to another language and back to english). i have also rebooted the phone several times. none of these things have worked. any advice you would have for other things to try would be greatly appreciated. thanks in advance!
