iPhone 5c Screen cracked

I recently bought a new iPhone 5c and I had accidently dropped it on the floor without a proper case on and the whole screen shattered. I have Diamond Wireless Protection, but I'm not sure if they will replace my phone. The phone works perfectly it just has cosmetic damage. I have only had this phone for about 20 days. Will they replace it?
