Phone stuck searching for service

Ever since last night my phone has been searching for service. I can only connect to wifi and use imessage but i cant use text message or call people. I have tried turning my phone off, removing the sim card, airplane mode and reseting the network. When im not on wifi LTE and 3G do not work. Please help
