iPhone 6+ - Expected Ship Date Note Available

I preordered a 16GB gold Iphone 6+ shortly before 12:00am PST on Friday September 12(I think 11:58pm on 9/11 when verizon web was open for pre-order).

In my confirmation email, it says the phone will be delivery by 10/14. However, when I look up my order status, the Expected Ship Date is "Not Available At This Time."

Any idea what's going on? I can't even see a pending item on my credit card for the full amount of my order.

Verizon Wireless Customer Support please help this.
