My iphone is stuck on searching. I have no LTE and I cannot make phone calls or receive calls.
I tried a few times by shutting it off and even tried switching to airplane mode.
One of the quirks of apples iOS update is LTE is set to another setting in the device.
Go into your cellular settings and turn LTE back on (green)
