. So here is a question for everyone, on average, how many times a day do you check your Order Status hoping to see a tracking number?
Atleast 4 or more times, When changed just shorlty ago tho

I check mine every 30 mins and I get more and more upset when I see that the status has NOT changed. After today, I am going to give up hope and I will never pre-order anything from Verizon again.
My best guess would be around 500 times a day. I think I may be OCD.
No, OCD would be not only having it on your computer screen at work and pressing F5 every 10 minutes but then having and Icon on your home screen called "Order Status" on your iPhone in case you have to get up from your chair at work and check your order status. :smileyhappy:

I ordered at 6:30am EDT and still am sitting at the we received your order and it is in process stage. Very frustrating at this point and looking to find out how I can go sit in line tomorrow morning early to get one. I realize I was 3 1/2 hours late to the game ordering, but this sucks. I check the status every 2 minutes honestly.
What the hell is the matter with you people? Stop giving Apple consumers a bad reputation with your OCD and pre-ordering BS! Patience is a virtue and a little wouldn't hurt you. Did I mention I ordered about 18 hours after the pre-ordering started and mine is scheduled to ship today and arrive tomorrow? hahahaha
There is no way. How long have you been a Verizon customer and what do you have with them? I ask to gauge if this is due to priority with different customers.

Mallen7321 i agree i have been with verizon for a long time and have fios, i even added a line and that iphone 6 is shipping the 19th but my upgraded 6+ doesnt even have any info yet and i was for sure in the first wave of ordering waking up at 3:00am est!!! They have to be playing favorites, though I have been a customer with Verizon Wireless for over 15 years. I have 4 lines with them and had 5 until recently. I also have a Fios triple play. Doesn't make much sense though I did order 3 1/2 hours too late apparently.

Every carrier including VERIZON WIRELESS purchases a certain amount of devices from apple so that they can offer them to their customers. Its bs that they blame it on apple for them (verizon wireless) not acting and planning accordingly and ordering/buying more than they did initially!

They are going for anywhere from $800-1500. To me it's insane that anyone would pay double the retail price just to have a phone a couple days sooner, but I guess that's the direction our society is going. Sad but true.
I find it ridiculous that someone pays $5 for a cup of coffee but they do. People will pay that for a phone only because people make it available to be purchased. If no one offered, no one would be able to buy it.

Expected ship date for my phone just updated to 10/7. Again I ordered at 6:30am EDT and I ordered the silver plus 64gb. Just thought I would keep everyone updated that might have done the same.

Just called my local vzw zone store, and they said they expect to fulfill 60-75 orders tomorrow for different phones. First come first serve. It's a pretty new store so I hope there wont be much of a line. Going to try and get one on another line I have and then cancel my order that is expected to ship 10/7 and wait the 48 hours to switch it to my line. Much better than waiting till 10/7.
Called my local vzw store and explained i was going to be that guy waiting in line. And customer service told me to call ahead to see if theyll have inventory of my phone, what does this salesperson say to me?!?! "If we get the phones in stock we cant disclose if we'll have them or the amount we'll have." Are you fn kidding me verizon?!?! Now not only did u mess up the pre orders but now you're playing secret santa and guess what stores might have them?!?! Thanks now i have to roll the fn dice and wait outside of a store that idk if theyll even have devices?!?!! What kinda crap policy is that Verizon????
