About a month ago, my phone started doing something strange. I will go from having 3 bars of 4G, drop the call and go to 1X or no service. I can be standing in the same place without moving and after about 5-10 minutes, the call just gets dropped. I live in an area that is supposed to have 4G extended with 4G LTE just down the road. Any help would be appreciated. I have updated all software and suspect it is a faulty tower issue. I have lived in the same area for 2 and 1/2 years and had spotty service periodically. Seems to have gotten much worse (i.e. every call usually within 5 minutes, sometimes as frequent as every 30 seconds to a minute) and have just had to have people call me on my landline to finish a conversation.
