How do I take a screen shot? I've tried holding the volume down + the power button, but nothing happens.
Are you holding at least for 5 to 10 sec.? try that if your still not having luck power cycle then re-try the procedure..
You may not be holding the buttons down long enough. See if this helps:

Some phones you hold the upper volume and power at the same time.. and some you hold the lower volume and power.. on your Turbo it should be like the Droid Maxx it takes the S.S. utilizing the lower volume and power button..
I have tried holding down the buttons at the same time and staggering them and I still am unable to capture a screen shot.
That was it, I was only holding the buttons for about 3 seconds, thanks!:smileyhappy:
