How do you use 10GB of data in 2 hours

I received a call from Verizon wireless informing me that I use 9.2GB of Data in 2hrs, how is that possible??? I talk with a mgr. and he stated that it's my phone and my issue, but how is it possible to use that many GB of data in such a short time??? and Please keep in mind it's in the middle of the night when I'm asleep. He then told me that my child must have took my phone and used it. My son is 23 and he has his own phone and was asleep as well.

I was insulted and made to feel like I've done something wrong when I had Verizon wireless for years and never ever had an issue, and now that I have no one will show the details the full details of how it is possible to use 9.2GB of Data.

Have you checked the data usage section on the phone to see which apps are using data?

Are you sure the call was from Verizon ? I'm just not sure they would call someone to discuss data usage. Maybe you should call Verizon seems like someone is pulling a prank on you.
