How do I program downloads only while on WIFI so it doesn't use up data?

I don't have that many apps. But we have 3 phones on our plan, and between all of us the downloads are using a lot of data while we are NOT on WIFI!

Below automatic downloads is a setting for "Use Cellular Data" - turn that off.

Thank you for that information, vdart. To restrict app downloads to WiFi, you can follow the steps Weth provided by going to Settings>iTunes & App Store>Turn off "Use Cellular Data."
