Backup Assistant

How do I access the web site for Backup Assistant. The link I use to use no longer seems to work. All of the contacts on my phone suddenly disappeared@ and I have not been able to get them back using backup assistant via the phone. I am hoping they are not gone for ever.

On your desktop or laptop, log in to your account at verizonwireless.com. Then go to My Verizon, My Device, Backup Contacts.  You'll be asked to log int o your V Cloud, and on the left side once you are logged in will be a Contacts link.  My Verizon Online Sign In - Verizon Wireless

I can provide screen shots if needed.... there are a few more steps than it used to take, but I can still get to my contact list.
