Can't get text messages from US Cellular customers

I have been with Verizon for over a year now, during that time 3 friends switched to US Cellular and now I cannot get texts from them. They can receive messages from me but I can't receive messages from them. My husband is also on Verizon with the same account and he can get their messages on his Motorola Android phone, my daughters on their I phone can get their messages, but I cannot... any ideas?

Try removing their contact info then have them try to send you a message again. Delete their thread too

Tried that. It didn't work. Any other suggestions?

Let's get you back in contact with your friends. What make/model device do you have? Are you able to receive text from others that are with US Cellular? When they send your messages does it show that the message was successfully sent on their end? Have you switched devices since your friends switched to US Cellular?

She had an iPhone 6 & he has a 6 plus.
