Been a Verizon customer since 2008 and travel alot and know that not every carrier is perfect but the one question I have being here in Oklahoma is why is Verizon coverage in and around Muskogee OK so very poor. I can have full bars and can't make a phone call. Also if I'm on the phone it is always dropping calls. For a company that brags about having the best coverage everywhere....other than OK City and Tulsa....don't see where verizon has service any better and seems even worse in a lot of places. Every time I have brought this up to Verizon Customer Service it like hearing the same old thing...."We are working on it". Getting tired of hearing the same old thing.....be nice to see results. So Verizon is there a time line to when to see results or is this just me talking to the wall?
