I'm set up for autopay and everymonth it is unable to process. I log onto my verizon and it says it's unable to process, I call to make the payment and it says they are having technical difficulties. What is going on?
and, I just tried the live chat in my verizon and it's busy. Does Verizon not want my money?

Have you verified the information is correct? In reference to account number changes, if it's a debit/credit card, expiration date, different number?
