Unable to make calls
I cannot reach anyone at Verizon, and I cannot make any calls.
I just get a recording telling me to re-enter the 10 digit number and do not press send.
Does not matter what I enter, including *611...
Oh my! It's imperative you have a reliable service you may can count on, JGrahamMBA. What zip code are you located in? What device are you using?
If its possible, I would take my phone to a Verizon Corporate store for help.
