I changed my plan to prepaid last month, and customer service said I can get additional 500MB + ( 500MB in a plan ) = 1 GB data IF I APPLY TO AUTO PAYMENT.
I did and it is still 500 mb ..
I need a help about it.
I had to chat with customer service to get the extra 500 MB applied to my account for the prepaid with the credit card billing. It was supposed to be automatic, but I will have to watch it again next month. It did not apply to either phone I activated, so I imagine that thousands of Verizon Wirless Prepaid customers are having the same issue.
