Hi, I started a new plan with a new phone from Costco last night and do the port-in after I got home.
So far, I have not received any email or text whether I will be getting the port-in credit.
Is there any way I can confirm this?

Hi, within a couple of days after you activate your lines that you ported you should receive a text msg stating that you are eligible for the line credit and it will then take 2-3 billing cycles for it to happen.
or at least that is how it was for me
In my case though, the guy at the booth activated the line first then I
ported later.
Hopefully, it would work also in this case. Will update this again in a
couple of days.
That shouldn't be a problem. You should still get the port in credit.
There is no confirmation as of today.
I called Verizon CS yesterday and she told me that the account had no information about the port-in credit.
And I needed to contact the seller to put it in.
So this is very confusing and I am considering to cancel the line!!!
Still have not got the port-in credit. This is very frustrating and bad experience. Called CS many times, all responded that they would show up but never did!
