bluetooth?

I just got my new lg g3 tonight and it won't recognize my jbl flip. I never had an issue with my iPhone. I'm not super technologically advanced so any help in easy terms would be good. Otherwise the g3 is going back. My whole Verizon experience with getting this "upgrade" has been a nightmare. I've never had problems with Verizon before

Hello bcbggrl!

I'm sorry you're having issues with your g3 and your jbl flip! To pair the devices, turn the JBL Flip on by pressing the power button. Make sure your device is in pairing mode. Hold down the power button on the JBL Flip until the light flashes blue and red. The two devices will sync together and you will hear a tone from the JBL Flip indicating it is successful.

A lot of times when pairing my G3 with troublesome Bluetooth devices, making sure the "allow other devices to find my phone" checkbox is ticked on your G3 Bluetooth settings will help. Then go through the pairing process with your Bluetooth device.
