Bought a Samsung Galaxy S4 on Christmas Eve, I have not been able to send a text. I went to the Verizon store today and they downloaded Verizon Message +. It was supposed to fix my problem. I was able to send one (1) text. I can make & receive calls, I can receive texts, but I cannot send a text! Help!
