My daughter is having issues with her IPhone 5. She went into the Verizon store yesterday and they stated the "fixed" it. It is still not fix. Please advise how to resolve the following issues:
1 - Time it totally wrong. It is not time zone related. It shows totally incorrect times on phone, text messages, etc.
2 - She is now not receiving text messages from some people. She is receiving my texts(Verizon/IPhone user) and 1 other persons (non-Verizon/IPhone user).
We have rebooted her phone numerous times. It has not gotten wet and has not been dropped....
