Hi - my Smasung S5 won't charge. When I plug it in, a message pops up saying "Charging paused. Battery temperature too low." Do I need to take it to the store or is there a workaround for this?
First give a try to powering off the phone and removing your battery for 10-15 minutes and then reinstall. Also did you run your battery fully down before this happened?
