Wow talked to 3 people and they will not move my upgrade date up 11 days without early edge.. Such bullcrap

Seriously 11 days they can't do? I am not giving them my note 2.. Because I can sell it for 100 broke.. Then I had 1 person say I can go into a store Sunday which is 1 week away and now I find out that's not true.. Very uneducated csrs

They are saying you can't do it 7 days ahead if you are looking needing the edge program.. And I wouldn't turn it in broke because like I said already I will sell it.

You can upgrade 7 days before the date, Don't like it leave and see what other carriers will do

Wouldn't matter anyway. If it is broke and you return it to enter into an Edge agreement via Early Edge, you will be charged a fee for returning a broken device. Simply wait the 11 days and then make your purchase.:smileyhappy:
