I switched to Verizon - but at work get no service.

I am working on Fluor Daniel Drive, Sugar Land, TX 77478. What can be done about this? I understand several Verizon customers are having the same problem. Other carriers (Sprint, AT&T) all work fine. Verizon said they're trying to add a tower, but how can this be expedited? If I can't use my phone at work this is a problem.

If you are within 14 days go back to your old carrier. Putting up a tower isn't a trivial matter and it could take up to a few years. Need a lot of approval from the FCC to neighborhood boards

Thanks - found out Verizon and my employer have been in discussions for years now. (AT&T/Sprint all put in network extenders) Don't think this is going to get get resolved anytime soon. Will have to see what options to pursue now given I'm outside the 14 days.
