If the messages are no longer on the phone then the only way to gain the messages would be through a subpoena from a lawyer. You would simply have to look at them on the phone. If you deleted them, they are gone. If you want to look at them later, don't delete them.
What if you need to see text messages due to bullying maters? I don't want to get police involved, I just want to be able to help others with similar issues I once had. Is there no way to view old text without a lawyer?
