I recently added (12/20/14) a fifth line to my current plan when I ordered an iPhone 5C. The sales representative informed me I had to change to a More Everything plan because my Nationwide Talk Plan no longer exists and I could not add another smartphone. I agreed over the phone to the change because the price he quoted me was only a few dollars more than what I was paying for four lines (after my employee discount). I understood this meant losing the Unlimited Data I still had on one line.
I received the phone in the mail today and called to activate. At the end of the activation call (which took more than 30 minutes because the phone number that I was issued could not be found), I was told my plan would actually cost over $45 more each month than originally quoted by the sales representative (whose name I have).
Any suggestions on how to rectify this HUGE discrepancy? I need to get a hold of the recorded call between the original sales rep and myself on 12/20/14.
