I can't use the Internet while on a voice call on my note 4 edge. Can anyone help me?
The radio configuration on the phone doesn't allow simultaneously voice and data unless you have Advanced Calling activated on the phone and the person you are calling has a similar compatible handset.
However, once Advanced calling is enabled and provisioned on your phone you will be able to talk and browse the internet at the same time.
