Recently my phone software went bonkers and Tech Support had me do a factory reset. I lost all my locked and saved emails and all my RICH NOTES....I can on the internal storage area of the phone the date that was in my RICH NOTES files but can not access it. Does anyone know how to get this back or at least download it to my PC?
