Had the Moto X since October and read on Verizon's site that the update would be released in later in the fall. Its 2015 and still no update!! Is it going to happen or what??

Everyone who bought the latest Moto X 2nd Gen is beyond anxious for this update. I think your customers have been more than patient. Just give your customers a timeframe and if it stretches out offer refunds.
If they really wanted that "feature" then they should have waited to purchase it or purchase another phone that already had that feature.
You don't want to wait. Should make Verizon a deal. If the update causes problems with connectivity then you'll suck it up and deal with it for the next update to fix it to ensure they got it working the way they like. You'll also pay for those that didn't mind waiting for the update and it breaks their phone.
I don't mind waiting for the feature. But Verizon stated that it will be available in the fall , then at end of year. Now we are in January and they have no clue when it will be released. If they said that they it could take 6 months to a year for release , 90 percent of people would have not bought it.
Here we are in May and still no feature. Unbelievable, very disappointed with phone. All the new phones are coming out with advance calling , even the nexus 6 which is practically the same phone!! 6 months in, and still nothing.
