Is it me? I broke my phone and I call the 800 customer service number to speak with a live person. I don't have a phone because its broke so I am using a home phone. The 800 number is continuously telling me to dial 611 from my handset and the automatic service says goodbye. I don't have the phone. Where is the live person if you don't have access to a computer or your Verizon phone? When did this change?
