I cannot dial out on my Galaxy Note. i dial the nbr and it just hangs....then cancels. i've tried restarting and turning off/on. no help.
Please advise, I am missing conference calls!

Try removing then reinserting the SIM card (being careful not to touch the gold contact area). The nrestart and see if there's a better network connection. If not, you may need a new SIM card (free at corporate Verizon stores).
LanieJane, oh, no! We don't want you to miss any important calls on your device. Have you tried powering your device off/on to soft reset and ensure that it's not in airplane mode?
