I cannot make more than 2 calls at the same time

Question

Recently, I trasferred to Verizon from ATT and bought iphone6 plus.  With ATT, i was able to make at least 4 calls at the same time and merge all calls.  Now I can only make 2 calls.  I badly need this coz I have a group I pray with everyday using a teleconference call.

I just confirmed on an iPhone 6 plus if you have advanced calling 1.0 turned on using HD voice or VoLTE, you can have more than 2 calls.   I got up to 4, and was still allowing me to add a call.
