How do I remove a ringback tone from a Samsung Mini device?
Log on to your account at verizonwireless.com, Go to My Verizon...then My Account...then Manage my Products and Apps. Scroll down till you see Ringback tones and you can manage them from there.
You can also call customer service and request that they help you too - 800-922-0204, option 4, then say "Agent" at the voice prompt.
