We have some pcs Motorola droid Razer xt-912 which came from USA to my country market

We can use of hotspot

Even mobile phone is connected to network when try for use of hotspot showing error ( signal or connection not avilabel  )

How we can use ?

We can use of this option in Iran with Verizon Android or no ?
