visual voicemail bluetooth drops

I have a Galaxy S4 and the Bluetooth drops and picks back up over and over while listening to voice messages in the Voice Mail app. It did this in the previous OS and still does it in the latest OS. And, it didn't always do this. I tested a Motorola Silver Elite and Bose Soundlink Headphones. It does it in the  Voice Mail app reliably and during calls occasionally. Any ideas why this might be happening?

Let's get your Bluetooth functioning reliably again!  I can imagine it being a frustrating experience when trying to listen to your voicemails.  How long has this been occurring for? Do any error messages appear? Please confirm your software version by navigating settings>about phone>baseband version. Thanks
