I am not able to receive any MMS messages on my Eris. I have been through tech support and all the reboots and settings possible and still not able to receive any MMS messages. I am able to get normal Txt messages.
I would advise that you go to your local Verizon wireless store to further troubleshoot your phone. It would provide more detailed knowledge of what the actually issue is, by sending you MMS messages to your phone while you are in the store to determine whether it is the phone or a network issue.
