Galaxy S6 Edge Screen Rotation and S Health steps NOT WORKING

I know about the screen rotation problem after some research. I bought my S6 edge on 4/10 and the screen rotation stopped working on 4/24. Now my s health daily steps stopped work today(4/26). I called samsung this morning and they tried to clear my cache to fix the screen but no luck on fixing. They think the s health problem is due to the screen problem also. Is there any other tips for a fast fix or do I wait for a software update? Also does anyone else have both these problems together?

No help anywhere. Verizon told me to wait for the update coming soon. So i been waiting and checking everyday. I can replace my phone with a refurbished one but I want a new one since mine was new when this issues first occur.

Can't get a new one..well you can buy one full price.

The certified can't be too old but should rotate

I just updated to the new update and my phone screen finally rotates again. That's good I waited it out.
