I recently bought aSamsung Galaxy s5 from Verizon I already had a number that was a virgin mobile number and had to port it over to Verizon it has been a week now and I still am not able to call out on my phone the Samsung Galaxy s5. I can do everything exceptmake calls can somebody please tell me what is taking so long. I called customer service they told me there was nothing they could do I had to go into a store so I went into a store and they told me I had to wait on Virgin Mobile to release the number but how long does that take its been a week!?
