web use while on phone call

I have a Droid Turbo. I cannot utilize the web while on a phone call and my 4GLTE marker switches to a 1x when in a call mode. This is my only disappointment so far with the Turbo as I did not have this problem with my Droid Mini. When will this issue be fixed?

You have to have Advanced Calling enabled to get voice and data simultaneously on the 4G LTE network.
