I by far have had the worst customer service experiences from a company that is supposed to be the best in its class. I've had to make numerous calls and speak with multiple people to continually get the runaround behind an issue that was created by the company. I assumed that I would be taking a step up by choosing to be a patron of the company. I was sadly mistaken not only have I been incorrectly charged uniformed of it after 6 months, I still do not have the phones that I initially requested and the phones that I do have, have had the most technical issues as well as dropped calls and poor reception that I have ever experienced in my 15 years of cell phone ownership. I have done well over my part to resolve the issue and the icing on the cake is that each representative that I have spoken with has either been clueless, misinformed, or could care less. I have over 15 years of experience in retail and customer service and the representation of the company that I have gotten thus far hasn't been pleasing or desirable. I honestly regret ever even choosing Verizon Wireless as my phone provider and would never recommend them to anyone that I know. Word of mouth is the best form of advertisement. I firmly believe in informed and well trained staff in order to set the best example and present the best image. Unfortunately this is a decision that I have to live with for another year and a half, at least I'm honoring my commitment. Signed, a paying patron.
