@I orignally got the verizon edge plan because the rep made it sound like a good idea, and because my phone was busted due to my child and i was unable to afford a phone at full price and now im beginning to see its the worst idea i have ever made, my bill is always going up and down for no reason, i can never see why its doing that called, and also looked online to see why but no answer. My data use to say it was going over when i was constintley on Wifi they got that fixed and now am having issue once again. The edge program was the worst choice i have ever made. Im better off switching to TMobile and letting them pay my deactivation fee with there better rates and no contrats. I have always been a loyal customer to verizon and have loved verizon until i got into the edge program. I HATE it. This is the worst plan ever. Its like a scam they make it sound so great but its crap. All i want is to go back to my regular plan without any issues and pay my normal rate or I WILL BE SWITCHING MY SERVICES TO TMOBILE. I WANT MY STEADY RATE PLAN BACK NOT SOMETHING THAT CHANGES AND IS $20-$30 HIGHER EVERY OTHER MONTH. CUSTOMER SERVICE DOES NOTHING TO MAKE YOU FEEL LIKE THIS IS OK OR ANYTHING TO HELP AT ALL. HIGHLY THINKING ABOUT MOVING MY SERVICES ELSEWERE.
