Thank you so much for that information. I have checked your zip code and the signal is good at this place. When did this issue start? Did your phone updated to a new software before this begin? Have you tried restarting the phone? Is this happening indoors/outdoors? Please keep us posted to help you find a resolution to this signal concern.

Hello,

I've been working in this location for a year so far, been having problems

ever since. My coworker also has vzw and has the same problem, no more

than one bar of signal, phone sits between 1x and 3g most of the time.

Everyone else who has different carriers for cell service have extremely

great reception. Not sure what to do, the fact that is always looking for a

good signal makes my phone sit on a charger since it makes it drain really

fast.

Try switching the mobile network to LTE/CDMA. If it is on Global sometimes it causes issues.
