How do I talk on the phone and surf the Web at the same time on my s6?

Make sure Advanced Calling is enabled in your phone's settings/call/phone menu.

Advance calling is on and I have the global turned off and set to

lte/whatever

Let’s get this awesome feature working. It is very convenient to be able to use voice and data at the same time. When you checked to make sure Advanced Calling was turned on is HD Voice and Video Calling checked? After you checked those settings did you reboot the phone? What happens when you are on a call and try to surf the web?
