So, I haven't been able to get anyone at Verizon "live chat" (how live IS it?) to answer despite it being in the middle of the business day. We signed up for global data because of traveling to Canada and needing to call back to the U.S. Now that we're in Canada, voila! NO ACCESS! Can't phone, can't text, can't post on FB, can't search the Internet. Would love to get an answer from Verizon but...see above...they don't have a way for me to actually call/contact them that works, thus this random discussion post. Just another unhappy VErizon customer--I really am ready to switch to another service as this is not the only time this has happened and they have the worst customer service model of any company I have ever dealt with. And Verizon, If by some miracle you are reading this, please call me. You have the number!
