one of my phones is out of contract. I was told the bill would go down if we chose not to upgrade. How do I do this.

You must manually make the change on your account in My Verizon. If you have a data package of less than 6GB the discount is $15, if 6GB or more, $25.

You must also be on the More Everything Plan to get the month-to-month discount. If you are on the More Everything plan, log into My Verizon and go to Manage Products and Apps. Choose the phone line that is now off contract and add the MORE Everything Month to Month Promotion. You have to do this for each line that is out of contract.
