I have a Lucid™ by LG. The Phone only works on Speaker now. When someone call you can not here them until you turn on the speaker phone. How do I fix it.

This is a new phone we just got from insurance replacement. It did work but now only works on speaker phone.

That's not good! We want all parts of your device to work properly. Has there been any liquid or physical damage to the new phone? Have you tried powering the device off/on? Are you using a headset with the device?
