phone was working this morning, then froze on a text screen. cannot turn it off or get back to home screen. what can I do?
Sometimes trying it two or three times eventually works. If the phone has a removable battery, try removing it for a few minutes and see if that helps.
Try holding the power and volume down buttons simultaneously for 15-30 seconds and see if that reboots the phone.
