Has anyone had problems with the Motorola Droid Turbo saying the Wi-Fi not in range. Provider is Time Warner in Louisville, KY area, and the modem/router is a Arris DG860A. Am sitting beside the router.
Does your turbo have a problem connecting to other routers and did your previous phone connect to your current router?
All other smartphones and computers Apple and MS work just fine.
Have you double checked ALL your Turbo Wi-Fi setup, is the Wi-Fi mode turned on and also is your "SSID" the name of your router set to show. Your signal could very well be there and you not see your router signal.
Is it just your router the Turbo is not finding?
If you see your router, long press on the network name and select forget, re-enter your info.
