It's been about 3 weeks and I can't access my contacts. I have to send a text then use the option to call the person from my text ap. This is annoying .... even more than my $800.00 monthly verizon bill is!!!! Plus now my android mini pad won't charge or turn on. Why is vzw equipment so awful! I always said I'd never use an iPhone but this has me thinking of that or just get a land line and call it a wrap.
Can anyone help me? If done the hard reset I've don't the removing and re adding my Gmail accounct... i have a Note 3 that's I can't use!!!
