how do I make sure al downloaded music and pictures are being stored on my micro sd card and not to my internal storage? can I move previously device-stored media to micro sd card, as well?
Plug your phone into a PC. You can open it just like a flash drive in My Computer. You will see 2 entries after opening your phone drive. One is internal card phone or external card SD. That will show what files are on what drive. Photos stored on the phone itself internally are in a folder named DCIM. If you are using your phone to check you can do so from your My Files or File Explorer app in the app drawer. As far as where to store by default, like pictures taken with camera, your camera settings should allow you to change from or to SD or internal.
